Since the first time i surfed Uluwatu the thing that
draw my attention the most about Ketut Pitur was his
knowledge about the spot and his harmony with the waves...
a true "Ocean man", whenever the waves are
not around is common to see him on his longboard going
fishing and yet riding a wave on the way back to the
cave with fishing gear and all or doing some other ocean
activities...
Definetly the biggest living legend amongst the locals
of Uluwatu that has always had a lot of detachment when
the Outside Corner gets on that size that start separating
the men from the boys...
A person more quiet and devoted to his family, Ketut
is a big exemple of simplicity and ocean knowledge for
the future generations of Uluwatu.
