SURF SPOTS
• Inside Corner:
It´s the inside of the Outside Corner that when is working make the Inside corner a mush and fat section good for cutbacks ending on the channel. When the swell is not big enough for the "Outside Corner" to break, the Inside Corner can offer a more radical wall good for turns on the bowl with the occasional tube. Surfed only at low tide, stop breaking as the tide comes in.

• Race Tracks:
Commonly miscalled Inside Corner by many, this wave is located more to the corner than the others and more to the inside of all. Produce many sections for tubes and turns on a very shallow reef as it only start breaking at low tide with swell no bigger than 5 feet. It´s goofy footers paradise being able to produce 3 or more barrels on one single wave.

Best conditions:

Because of its many different sections and waves, at any swell over 4 feet and any tide there are good waves. South West (S.W.) swell and E.S.E. winds (Trade winds) are the best. Can hold nay size without loosing perfection, as opposite the bigger the better. In small days is one of the most consistent spots on the island.

Localization:
Located on the south end of the island, on the Bukit (hill) peninsula just after Padang-padang, at about 40 min. from Kuta (+ - 35 Km).

Type of wave:
Many types because of the many different sections, all powerful with volume.

Access:
There are two different accesses both with paved roads and safe parking lots.

Crowd factor:
Probably the most crowded wave of the island, it only gets empty after 10 feet.

Infrastructure:
There are two resorts with swimming poll right on the cliffs edge, nice restaurants with ocean view serving western and local dishes and the more traditional warungs where anything can be found including accessories, surfboards and ding repairs at a reasonable prices, masseurs and sellers on the way to the beach.

Tips:
Don´t show up in groups making noise, respect everyone specially the locals, watch the tide changes, pay attention when getting in and out of the water specially at high tide that creates a strong current in front of the cave, make sure to keep your word if you promise something to a local (ex.: fixing ding repairs), observe the waiting order in the line up, wait for your turn and never drop in. It´s strongly recommended the use of booties and helmet to the less experienced.
